I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.

Voir tous les avisInstructor was great. Class was half flow and half yin. Please note that this class is HEATED. It wasn’t mentioned in the class title or class description but it was noted on the studio page that it’s a heated studio but I only read class title and description.
