Infrared Reformer Full Body Toning (Pre-Intermediate)
First time at Lionheart + first time trying infrared reformer. Gotta say, it was definitely a CHALLENGE but Alya paced the class well and made sure to check on everyone. I initially had concerns about the class being too hot to handle but you can feel the heat without being at the point of passing out. Loved it and will be back 🥰!
