Voir tous les avisThis was a challenging class for me, having not learned choreography in over 15 years! Joseph started the class with an interesting and dancerly warm-up. The choreography was interesting and appealing - built up quickly. Most of the class caught on but I was a little lost :) I will definitely go again.

Voir tous les avisAnnelie is een hele fijne Aerial docente die zorgt voor een ontspannen en verbonden sfeer binnen de les. De flow was ook heel fijn en ze houdt rekening met verschillende niveau’s. Aan het einde ook een fijne massage en meditatie!

Voir tous les avisVictoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

Voir tous les avisMel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged

Voir tous les avisSuch a beautiful studio, inside and out, with a clear view of Museumplein. I really enjoyed the class with Nisan — she carefully guided everyone throughout the session and made sure we were doing the movements correctly, which made me feel very comfortable and safe. Definitely coming back!
