Voir tous les avisGreat atmosphere, the building is mesmerizing, they give a towel and water, and they have all the necessities in the changing room, from Dyson to shampoos and perfume! I tried the open gym, it’s not a big gym but has the essentials. So if you are expecting huge gym area with a lot of machines maybe this is not the one! Overall I would definitely come back for the vibe!!!

Voir tous les avisDe zaklessen van Jimmy Wals zijn echt een leuke uitdaging. Ze zijn perfect voor beginners, omdat hij de technieken stap voor stap en duidelijk uitlegt. Hij neemt de tijd voor iedereen en heeft veel geduld, waardoor je je op je gemak voelt en snel vooruitgang boekt. Daarnaast geeft hij les volgens de old-school Chakuriki-stijl, iets wat tegenwoordig nog maar zelden wordt aangeboden. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die de basis goed wil leren én zichzelf wil blijven uitdagen!

There was a great balance of technical instruction and guidance through the yoga postures while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.
