Wat ik daarentegen niet zo goed begrijp, is hoe anderen zo onvriendelijk kunnen reageren op de docent wanneer ze je op een rustige manier tips/correcties geeft. Het is alleen maar om te voorkomen dat je blessures krijgt, dus lijkt me juist iets om blij mee te zijn…

Voir tous les avisA very gentle and beginner friendly class, yet challenging if you wanted it to be. Sofie made everyone feel welcome and gave advice on how to make the exercises more challenging if you wanted to. My back and hamstrings are nicely stretched. Also loved the energy!

Voir tous les avisI LOVE this class. The teacher is super friendly and has good energy. The studio is a beautiful space. Currently the class is a little too intense for me on the hips, but that doesn't stop me from going, I just do everything a little less or slower. And it's such a delight to be able to work out *with* your baby. It makes planning your day and finally getting some precious me-time in so much easier. I'd love for them to add a baby+me class to their weekend schedule.
