Voir tous les avisThis was a challenging class for me, having not learned choreography in over 15 years! Joseph started the class with an interesting and dancerly warm-up. The choreography was interesting and appealing - built up quickly. Most of the class caught on but I was a little lost :) I will definitely go again.

Voir tous les avisMare is a super nice instructor. Loved this class. Usually it's Brenda teaching on Tuesday but I actually prefer Mare. Lots of work on the bag, she is a nice teacher while still delivering a tough workout.
