Voir tous les avisgood intro for beginners, jarrod was super friendly and went around to help us individually and give feedback on our posture, form, hand/leg placements etc. it made the class both challenging and fun to attempt! lots of space and plenty of poles to try out both brass and stainless steel + all the staff i met were super nice and welcoming. would recommend if ur ready to test your grip!

I definitely wouldn't consider it a beginner class. the warm up was good, but I just awkwardly stood there for most of the class because I didn't have the strength to do the moves being shown. people with more experience would enjoy it though
