Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved this class with Doris 🔥! This was my first time trying somatic breathwork, and it was such a powerful experience. Doris is such a warm, inspiring teacher and made the whole class feel really welcoming, relaxing, and fun. Her instructions and demonstrations were super clear, and I really appreciated that she came around to give everyone hands-on guidance throughout the class. I left feeling so much lighter, calmer, and more connected to my body. It was such a beautiful way to release stress, anxiety, and any negative energy. You can really tell Doris is passionate about what she does and genuinely wants her students to take what they learn beyond the studio and into their everyday lives. Highly recommend if you're looking to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and try something a little different. Also... the music was such a vibe!

I attended his meditation practices last year and have always appreciated his grounded presence and calm energy. What I value most is how he shares meditation in such an accessible and reassuring way,reminding us that thoughts will come, and that it’s perfectly okay to simply observe them and let them pass without attachment.
