She adapted the class so well to what I was able to do and what I needed, which made me feel really comfortable and supported throughout the whole experience. I had such an amazing time. She actually made me want to learn pole properly and continue with it!

Voir tous les avisEnjoyed this class so much!!! 😍 A great mix of elbow stands, floorwork and flow choreography. The instructor was so skilled and created such a fun vibe! They made sure to progress/regress the moves and assist everyone throughout the class. Will definitely be back!! 💕

Voir tous les avisAmbiente limpio, tapetes disponibles, limpiador de barra y bloques de yoga ☆ Es un detalle, pero creo que al ser una clase abierta con "uso del espacio", la música podría haber sido un poco más baja, para quienes usan auriculares en el entreno... pero en general me gustó!
