I actually sweat doing Leslie’s class and really feel all the spots that are stiff in my body. Wish all teachers were like this. Music is also well chosen. Tempo is good and hard (slow). Keep up the great work, Leslie.

I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)
