During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. The light massage was perfect and she was so gentle during cleansing, dermabrasion and moisturizing. She was also very helpful at adjusting the facial to meet my needs due to pregnancy. My skin looks sooo refreshed and glowing thanks to her!
