L’ambiance était incroyable, l’énergie au rendez-vous et la playlist nous a vraiment plongés dans l’univers du festival. Entre les lumières, la musique et l’intensité du cours, même la fréquence cardiaque était au top ! Une séance motivante et super bien organisée que je recommande sans hésiter.

Voir tous les avisWords fail to describe Lysanne’s infectuous energy! I love her classes so much even though I have a very different taste in music. Her choreo’s are always so nice and she’s so encouraging. Absolutely LOVE this girl! And this was a 90 minute ride on a monday at 9pm and the room was full and the energy was amazing , which I think says it all! Not many coaches can do that :)

Voir tous les avisI’m advanced on the reformer and wasn’t sure what to expect from this class as a first timer here but the class was lovely! The instructor was clear with directions and walked around the room to help everyone or add springs as needed. The studio is also very aesthetic and clean. There is a spin class next door which i’d have to check out next time. Unfortunately I don’t live here but if I did this place would have my annual membership money. Thank you!!!

Daphne has this unique ability to make me want to push beyond the limits I set for myself but in the most encouraging and motivating -and absolutely not pushy- way. I always leave her classes feeling accomplished and like I’ve grown a little. I used to be really intimidated to join Daphne’s classes because I thought they were advanced -only, but I was so wrong. By no means am I calling her classes easy, but my point is that her classes and herself as a coach are super welcoming and open to riders of every single level. You never ever get shamed for staying in the saddle, as long as that’s what you need to stay on beat and ride in a safe way. Special mention also to this whole team behind Syncycle. Every single person there, all the coaches and every staff member are so kind and helpful and the studio is gorgeous, equipped with a cosy bar to enjoy a coffee or smootie after your ride and they even have a cute sunny garden to enjoy some chitchats whenever you want to. Voir tous les avisThe space is great, all materials are new. The staff was very nice and the Pilates instructor as well, the class was reaaaally good and challenging. The only thing you should know is that you should buy socks before coming, cause the ones they sell are very expensive (almost 20€) and they are needed for the class, would be difficult to do it without them so buy it elsewhere cause it’s probably way cheaper
