Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved Form50 Total Body Sculpt! It was one of the most challenging workouts I’ve done, but Beverly made the entire experience so approachable. She explained every movement clearly, corrected our form throughout class, and kept us motivated and encouraged for the full 50 minutes. I also happened to visit during their one-year anniversary celebration, and the entire team made everyone feel so welcome. My friend and I even treated ourselves to complimentary B12 shots, and we left with adorable tote bags filled with goodies. It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much they appreciate their community. I’m so happy I decided to try this class. Between the incredible workout, Beverly’s amazing coaching, and the warm, welcoming staff, I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was fantastic!

Andrew explained every aspect of the reformer machine, how it targets different muscle groups, and how to use all the features it has. The class was paced perfectly which allowed me to perform the exercises accurately to avoid feeling overwhelmed / lost. I will absolutely be coming here weekly!

Voir tous les avisThe class I took was an all levels flow and I truly enjoyed Samantha’s sequencing. I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.

Every movement built perfectly into the next, making it both challenging and incredibly enjoyable. I left feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished. The music was absolutely perfect and kept the energy high the entire class. It matched the workout so well that it made the whole experience even more motivating and fun. You could tell so much thought went into every detail. What really sets her apart is her ability to create a class that pushes everyone while still making it approachable and encouraging. Her cues were clear, her energy was contagious, and she made the entire room feel confident and motivated. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does, and it shows in every class she teaches. This class would be a little too easy for advanced students, but it may be worth trying regardless and upping the weights you use. Overall, great class and wonderful instructor!
