From the moment we walked in, Rafael at the front desk made it extra special—he had a little board welcoming me and my friends by name, which was such a thoughtful touch. The energy in the room was amazing. Everyone was constantly moving through different stations, giving it that fun, circuit-style vibe similar to F45. The whole place felt super motivating and high-energy. Overall, the ambiance, the workout, and the attention to detail made it a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The tech went out so kind of messed things up for a moment, but the system is so well organized with timing that it was easy to recover. The location is a bit hidden, by Raw Juce in case ya need that tip!

Give that woman a raise or something she clearly works extremely hard. Post class endorphins go crazy too what a beautiful life we are so blessed to live 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 I will be back

She is an excellent teacher, and I really enjoyed the flow and structure of the class. I noticed a great mix of participants of all ages, as well as both men and women, which made the environment feel very inclusive. I highly recommend this class!

She’s so kind and encouraging. I feel like she truly cares about all of her clients and she is so well versed in mobility and women’s health as well. When needed the instructor came around and made adjustments. There is a warm up and cool down. Highly recommend and I will be going back. Definitely recommend a strength day class first to get acquainted with the gym first. Everyone was very very welcoming from the owner to instructor to participants. Thank you for an amazing workout.
