Voir tous les avisWhat an experience. From the second I walked in, the front reception staff were so lovely and welcoming, which honestly set the tone for the whole visit. I was taken to one of the sauna/plunge rooms and did the 30-minute session, and it was exactly what I needed: relaxing, rejuvenating, just what I was looking for. Loved that there's a Bluetooth speaker in the sauna so you can play your own music while you unwind. The whole space just felt calm and inviting. Afterward, I used the shower, which was spotless, and they had everything stocked: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, hair ties, Q-tips, even makeup remover. Towels were provided in both the sauna and shower too, which made everything feel that much easier. Honestly, such a well thought out setup. Definitely going back.

Went weekday at around noon and it was so relaxed and chill and for 10 credits you 1000000% get your moneys worth the front desk was kind and lovely super respectful. Did pemf and red light therapy. Was going to cancel my membership but for the credit value I’m changing my mind. (Way nicer than sweathouzz)
