(Sometimes you go to a new provider and they barely know how to use the machine but that wasn’t a problem here). Even better, I had a lymphatic facial massage with it and Ice is VERY gifted at this. It felt amazing and I absolutely noticed a difference afterward. I will be back for sure.

Most of the massage felt relaxing yet substantial, though the intra-oral portion often felt tender for me - however, I appreciate a little pain as long as it helps provide effective results! One small note to potentially be aware of, was that at the end, the front desk requested me to pay taxes (it was only $6 for taxes for the service I received, I think, but I was surprised because I haven’t had that request previously with ClassPass, and am not clear what ClassPass’ policy is on additional separate fees, other than tipping, of course). One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
