Voir tous les avisI haven’t practiced in over 10 years now, so this open-levels class was a perfect starting point. Melanie was funny and warm, and led a great first class. She offers multiple modifications to all the poses, so while it was beginner-friendly, it was also challenging. I had a great time and will be back!
