Voir tous les avisI saw a lot of reviews mentioning the credits are expensive, but I run a business that uses ClassPass and I can tell you Anna’s nail has no control over the credits ClassPass assigns to the service and the extra fee of gel removal is not worked into the agreed amount they receive from ClassPass for the service, so it is understandable that they charge their fee of $10 for that, as I can also promise you - they make a lot less on ClassPass clients that they do on regular ones, no matter what terms they have agreed to with ClassPass. I love the option to come here using ClassPass credits bc I often find myself needing to burn through credits that will not roll over. With that said, the service is always exceptional, the staff is kind and good at their jobs. The massage chairs are great and I always love my service and the end result. Anna is lovely, and treats her clients and her staff with respect. 10/10.

Kimberly is very intuitive, funny, and asks great questions about my current stressors and aches and pains so instantly put me at ease. We then figured out we are both super interested in true crime and crazy animal stories/lore and somehow were able to shoot the breeze laughing and saying OMG REALLY?! ARE U FOR REAL ?! Repeatedly Throughout the session , which simultaneously made me laugh and relax and went very well with the massage techniques she used.
