We learned different types of isolations and practiced them throughout the class. I’ve been aware of some imbalances in my posture, including a pelvic tilt. After the class, I felt amazing! I wore boots and jeans, which was fine, but class members had on jeans or leggings and tennis shoes so it's really "come as you are". I will go back again and hopefully get better at the steps. Haha.
