Great exercises using the stability ball and weights, and it is wonderful for any level. Awesome staff at the front desk as well! I’m excited to go back to Ball Pilates and try out more classes at this gym……I highly recommend!! 😊

Voir tous les avisi ended up being the only person booked for the fundamentals class, and that was fine with me. the gym is clean and odor free (as if a woman owns it, you know). and Erica knows her stuff. you can tell she’s really passionate about her work. i’m glad i found this gym! it’s super chill with great community, just what every girl or woman needs.
