I was so relaxed by the hot stones that I fell asleep in the chair and woke myself up from snoring TWICE 😆 I left there feeling light as a feather! She was super chill and I def would go again! The receptionist (owner also?) was very welcoming and the massage therapist was very accommodating. Honestly, I did not really know what to expect as my last and only other massage was about two years ago. This was a good starting point for me as I have heard of the benefits of incorporating prenatal massages into labor prep.

We were greeted, asked if we had appointments, and asked to sit down and wait. From the interaction, confusion was apparent. The owner came and my husband asked if we could be seen at the same time, the owner said yes. Our names were on the books. We were both seen together in a couple room. Our massages were good. The woman who performed our massages worked very hard and we appreciated their efforts. At the conclusion of our massage, the owner said we needed to pay. I told her we booked through ClassPass and both bookings were confirmed. The owner said that we needed to pay and be reimbursed by ClassPass because she hadn’t been paid by ClassPass. I used my husband’s phone to text ClassPass to inform them of the situation. The owner eventually agreed to wait on her payment from ClassPass, and we were able to leave. I am not sure if us coming together caused the issue, but it was definitely awkward.
