It’s a great combo of the yoga feel and low stimulation, but combined with the basics of strength training to get a really good workout in without feeling overwhelmed. I got a good sweat in but didn’t feel overly tired either. Definitely recommend!

Only thing that could use improvement are the showers. Very poor water pressure, low quality body wash and hair products, and not very clean. Ultimately, I would absolutely come back.

Voir tous les avisAlexis is a great instructor and this workout proved she can do all things fitness. I’ve taken her classes as a boxing coach and now here with strength training. She worked the room in there this morning. She is attentive to everyone by constantly having her head on swivel to make sure you are doing your workouts correctly and safely! This is important to me as I’ve been at places that just let you do anything and don’t correct poor form!! That climber almost took me to Glory, but I made it. Very awkward this time around but I’m sure it’ll get better over time. Today was the single sided class and I did enjoy it overall. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be in terms of survival haha! The toughest part for me had to be the climber, not gonna lie. But overall love it here. Feels good to be back in this space with a new face lift.
