Voir tous les avisThe space was so pretty and clean! The instructor was very nice and welcoming. The class was upbeat and challenging! I’d like to say I’m pretty consistent with my hot Pilates but a new studio is always hard. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

Voir tous les avisJim was an amazing instructor! It was my first time doing hot yoga and he was very welcoming and clear with his directions and cues. The room was obviously very hot, but I was able to make it through class without passing out or getting dizzy.
