Voir tous les avisOh my god, this was the most fun I’ve had before 8am on a Saturday morning. Sean is such a fun instructor and offers excellent cueing and adjustments. The playlist was excellent (2000s pop, house remixes, etc) and overall the vibes were high. Class was moderately challenging and you can definitely make it harder with heavier weights. I can’t wait to go back!

I love Yogabox but there’s a culture of people leaving before savasana and bringing/using phones in the studio room that can be disruptive and frustrating as another student. It’d be great if these sort of things could be more discouraged.

Because this class is less strength and more flow, I feel like it matches the energy of upstairs better with natural lighting instead of the LED lights in the Pilates room. But I’m glad I returned to give more of a chance to the weight lifting part of F45. And now I know to ease into the more cardio oriented classes by starting Fridays which are the hybrid days for their scheduling. A lil cardio, a lil lifting.

I burned a ton of calories and I love that the air was on so I didn't feel gross with sweat even after working my butt off. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to try cycling. Fun music, cool lights, killer workout. Yes, your butt will hurt from the seat the day after but that's part of the spin journey.

I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.

The studio is impeccably clean. the teacher was so talented and patient and she even took time out of her day after class to help me because I had questions about doing yoga with an injury that I have.
