I've unloaded a lot of anxieties and anticipatory grief in Yang Dojo and on Teacher Aesha (I'm so sorry) while doing our Asanas. Please do a cleanse because you don't know how much people like me look forward to coming to Yang Dojo not just for the practice but to address our overall wellbeing. She made sure everyone was doing well and consistently checked our form, which made me feel much more confident. The staff were also welcoming and friendly, especially the front desk, who made the whole experience even better from the moment I walked in.
