Voir tous les avisThe instructor was very welcoming! I tried the 9:45 yoga and sculpt class, and I think it’s a great start for beginners. Very calm atmosphere, non judgmental. Little hard to follow along when it gets to a flow of movements, but it’s not intimidating and demanding! Would recommend!
