I haven’t gotten a chance to attend her regular classes because of my work schedule, but she had amazing moves, music (and I loved that the workout matched the beat), cues, and energy. This class was HARD in the best way, and she was very positive/encouraging and open to feedback and suggestions. I’ll be looking for any openings in my schedule to take another class with her!!!

Voir tous les avisThis felt amazing! I have been getting more into yoga recently for helping my mobility in my hips. I felt great after and it definitely made me feel better. The rooftop felt like hot yoga and it was a great low impact workout.
Our main jam is power vinyasa classes and you’ll find a lot of them on our schedule…mat pilates & sculpt (heated)
Voir tous les avisI love melanie! She is a perfect mix of upbeat and motivating without overdoing it. She would instruct and then allow us to do the workout. Loved her music! Fit perfect with the class will definitely be coming again!

Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved everything about this class and the studio! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. The class was definitely challenging but in the best way possible! My instructor was a 10/10 and did an excellent job explaining everything and giving clear directions throughout the class. I learned so much and had a great time. I will definitely be back!
