Voir tous les avisThis felt amazing! I have been getting more into yoga recently for helping my mobility in my hips. I felt great after and it definitely made me feel better. The rooftop felt like hot yoga and it was a great low impact workout.
Our main jam is power vinyasa classes and you’ll find a lot of them on our schedule…mat pilates & sculpt (heated)
Voir tous les avisI love melanie! She is a perfect mix of upbeat and motivating without overdoing it. She would instruct and then allow us to do the workout. Loved her music! Fit perfect with the class will definitely be coming again!
