Her cues are always so clear, her voice is incredibly calming and helps me stay focused. She motivates and empowers me to do hard things! Her class leaves you feeling both physically challenged and mentally centered and refreshed. I cant wait to take another one of her classes!! 100% recommended!

Voir tous les avisThe class was the perfect pace and the instructor was very helpful and gave options of all experience levels for many exercises. There is a parking lot so no paying for parking which is great. They offer showers but you have to finish within 30 minutes after class
