I remember one morning going in Lucie's class in Mimi's at Wynwood and I felt at ease. Like I could practice with someone who who pushed me, but in gentle way. That yes I could do hard things under this heat lol. she's always so sweet to everyone on and off the mat she's a lovely person. It feels like just yesterday I started this scary yoga journey and here I am strong and always pushing myself a little more because of people like Lucie. I'll miss her tons, but excited to see when she's back to take her classes. Love her and classes so much. 🧘♀️ 💙

What makes Caitlin stand out is that every movement and every sequence has a purpose. The workouts are challenging, but they make sense—you leave feeling stronger, not just exhausted. Unlike some classes that feel overly intense with random combinations that seem more about pushing you to the limit than actually training your body, Caitlin’s programming is thoughtful, effective, and safe. Every class feels intentional, and that’s why I keep coming back.

Voir tous les avisI loveeeed this class because it had true Pilates principles and we moved with control, but still had some contemporary flair and some standing work like squats etc. The sequence made a lot of sense — core, side-lying, arms, then legs — and it was a great push without feeling like there was a lot of complicated choreography for TikTok. Playlist was FIRE, I love when a Miami local makes playlists; iykyk. The studio is very beautiful and the staff at the front desk were all friendly. My HUGE piece of constructive criticism though is to give the instructor a mic! Felt bad like she was having to yell over the music. A mic in a room that size makes the experience better for clients and more sustainable for instructors.

Voir tous les avisI had an amazing first class at this studio, it was perfectly challenging and the instructor was really nice! The studio is located in a great area and there’s plenty of on street parking near by. Definitely the nicest jetset I’ve ever been to, can’t wait to come back.

Also Nicolette is a great instructor, she has a clear crisp voice and constantly walks around the room to correct form. I will be coming here weekly!

Voir tous les avisHonestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
