If you want to feel good and get results, train with Bryan and go to his yoga classes, especially his Candlelit Yinn—his Yinn class makes me feel amazing after and not sore from all my aches. It was a thoughtful and balancing meditation. Afterwards, the practice followed the classic hot yoga dialogue, which was well paced and easy to follow. The studio is impeccably clean and well maintained . I look forward to attending another practice soon.

Voir tous les avisHonestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
