The class is a good workout at a pretty fast pace and required all my concentration to coordinate haha but Eisha is very perceptive and attentive. Will def come back. Voir tous les avisA great workout. Lauren is a fantastic instructor. Enjoyed the challenge, felt the burn and was surprised by how moved I was in the reflection time at the end. Full body challenger at the end core work as well and did mainly upper body for this particular session. Would def recommend. A very welcoming group of members.
