However, after several years of coming to this gym and using ClassPass, today I was told I was not allowed to have a towel because I booked this class with ClassPass. Being treated like a second-class customer because I have different way of paying for classes is definitely a no-go. Apparently there are these „new rules“ that have been enforced. Raise your rate or have a different way to compensate for the towel, just don’t treat customers this way. It‘s unprofessional and… classless.

Voir tous les avisAlles war super! Der Kurs hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht und war perfekt aufgebaut. Die Trainerin war unglaublich lieb, motivierend und professionell. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr angenehm. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
