One thing I really like about the equipment is the leather shoulder strap. As other gyms I tried all have the soft fabric type it is hard for me to reach them due to my shoulder problem. I am recovering from tendonitis on my feet so it was perfect for me because of the use of the TRX straps and the mat underneath. I am trying to stay in shape without aggravating my feet so it was low impact. There was jumping but I did an alternative. Peggy was very straight forward demonstrating and explaining each move. Love the fact we did some foot work before working out! Much needed!

The only issue was I didn’t know when it was done because it didn’t turn off so I was in there an extra ten minutes and it wore me out lol. I heard a little beep and thought it was a countdown but apparently it was when it was done. I assumed the machine would turn off completely but apparently the heat turns off and the lights stay on so you will still think it’s on. Next time I’ll set a timer on my phone and bring headphones! Great experience overall, just some little nuances to figure out!

The trainer was genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and clearly educated in what he does. He explained what we were working on and helped me make sure I was activating the right muscles instead of just going through the motions. I really appreciated that he cared about doing the exercises correctly and understanding why they matter. It made the session feel personal and purposeful. He knows how to challenge you while helping you work toward results that support both your physique and your overall health. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and much more aware of how to engage my glutes properly. If you want a trainer who knows what he’s talking about and makes the workout feel worthwhile, I highly recommend giving Natural Body Personal Training a try. I’ll definitely be back!
