Voir tous les avisMalia’s class was so relaxing I almost fell asleep multiple times. We used the aerial hammocks to stretch in long held poses and now my back feels better than ever. Her instruction makes it easy to understand even if you’re a beginner. She also used tuning forks to give us some sound healing, which was such a nice touch.

She explains moves in such a simple yet effective way every single time and really breaks it down in such an effortless way. Highly recommend her classes!!
