Voir tous les avisThe instructor was fantastic and the class was so fun! I believe her name was Maddie and her queues were well times and balanced. Music and exercises were fun. It was challenging for sure and made the 45 minutes go by super fast. I’m trying to convince my friend to come back with me next time. Thanks for a great class. I will definitely be back to get my butt kicked again!

Voir tous les avisSuch a beautiful class and Flow. I came to class feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My back was in a lot of pain also hence why I chose the gentle flow. She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind. Her energy is wonderful and she truly takes time to create special classes. Would recommend.
