The mat Pilates class was great and the smoothies are delicious, love that you can add creatine or protein. Looking forward for English classes as well for mat Pilates :)

Voir tous les avisI've been trying out a few Reformer classes here in Düsseldorf since I moved. Jane is a really nice trainer and the atmosphere in her classes is great! She explains everything really well. She doesn't just explain the exercises and go with the flow, she always adds helpful points like “Point 1, Point 2…” to support our form and explain which muscles we should be targeting and where we should feel the exercise. I find this really helpful because I always pay extra attention whenever she says, “Point 1…” (even when I’m struggling haha). She also corrects our form whenever needed. Definitely recommend her classes! 🤗
