Voir tous les avisMy favorite yoga class I can remember 🍀🍀Erika was such a fantastic instructor. Her cues helped me to connect to poses in such a deeper way. The heat was perfect and the studio was SO welcoming. It truly is the highlight of my visit to Flag 🙏🙏

Voir tous les avisWould definitely recommend Strength 45. Good energy, lots of hardworking friendly people, easy to fit in and get a great workout. Saturday version was a shocking amount of cardio (I normally lift weights and avoid cardio like the plague) but still had a good time.
