I find her very encouraging, really helpful for someone who 1) flits between reformer and other workout forms (which can sometimes be complementary and sometimes mean you have to unlearn certain movements) and 2) is recovering from an earlier shoulder .

Voir tous les avisLove this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

Voir tous les avisLe concept n’a rien de nouveau en terme d’exercices; avec l’ajout sympa d’un reformer qui rajoute une touche d’originalité ; ca reste un circuit de training en petit groupe mais qu’est ce que je l’ai apprécié ; beaucoup d’entraide entre le groupe y compris pour moi qui ne connaissait aucun participant. Les exercices sont très variés, on sent bien son corps travailler et mention pour Ben qui est un super bon coach et pourtant j’en ai testé des concepts et des coachs dans Paris. Très encourageant, bienveillant et malgré le fait qu’il semblait y avoir beaucoup d’habitués, il a pris mon prénom et n’a hésité à adapter les exercices et les charges si nécessaire, au lendemain je n’ai pas de blessures ou de courbatures anormales. Je reviendrais sans hésiter!! En plus sa playlist est de très bon goût ☺️

I was treated well and with welcome. I got the 60 minute massage without sauna. The pressure was excellent all my body was massaged excellent. Voir tous les avisI feel.like the corridors could be warmer and especially because the sauna is a lower heat than normal saunas which are usually 80-90°. I understand that infared is meant to be at 60°. I do try to warm up in the shower in between cold plunge and sauna, however , maybe you'd save more on water and power for the shower by heating the hallways. just a thought as it is cold when stepping out of sauna.
