Voir tous les avisThe studio is so beautiful and clean with plenty of space, a nice (separate) lobby, bottle filling station, bathrooms, etc. Carter at the front desk is so joyful and welcoming and greets people by name. And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

This is only my second class at this studio but, I think I was hooked after the Sculpt class with Charles. Charles is a fantastic motivator with clear, insightful instruction, and the playlist was great too. Highly recommend!
