Voir tous les avisBridgit was a top notch instructor. I really prefer when instructors are hands on and make sure the students are doing the moves correctly. She was very attentive, sweet and praised us throughout. The mat Pilates was definitely classic. Really lot of core work with props to make sure the lower back and neck are not strained which I really appreciated. And Carter greeted us at the front desk with so much warmth and kindness. The cool (not cold, thank God) lavender towels at the end of class was a nice touch. I put it over my eyes and it was just the cherry on top. The room was warm, but not hot. But I’m sure that keeps the joints more limber. Just bring water to drink on breaks to stay hydrated.
