As a beginner, the machine can look a bit intimidating, but Chelsea made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable right from the start. She gave clear instructions, offered great cueing, and kept the energy high throughout the entire session. I left feeling challenged, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend her class!

There were two ladies in the class with no previous barre experience: she was very supportive and welcoming towards them and made sure that they can follow. Still, I’d advice newbies to google ballet positions a bit and try some moves at home before joining the studio, for an easier start!

Voir tous les avisreally enjoyed the class!! the instructor had really nice energy, the songs were chosen with a good tempo & the exercises were less typical to what I'm used to, which made it fun. we started with some contemporary exercises, moved to some Barre exercises, then ended with some mat exercise. a good mix of dance inspired movements which made my body happy & others that required more core/calve strength

Voir tous les avisLily was an amazing instructor! She coordinated the workout perfectly with the music, and always told us what to expect: if something faster or slower or harder is coming. She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!

Another student had asked to lower the volume ; was lowered once and then forgotten about. I didn t want to be a Karen as other classmates didn t seem to be bothered. But the volume was abusive loud. Anyhow ; really enjoyed the class but the volume needs serious adjustment (in my opinion ofc)
