Reception could stand improving. Told us where to put our coats, but didn’t mention toilet or changing room. There is no changing room. Only a large single stall toilet (plenty large enough to charge in, but if you’re going to use this in place of a changing room, you should at least have shelves to temporarily place bags and clothes), but a big issue is the door is right next to another door - and both doors are unlabelled. And it would be helpful to know the loo is single stall. This could easily be resolved via a simple sign on door. “Single stall loo / changing room”. The you won’t have the awkward jiggling the door whilst someone is in there.
