Voir tous les avisIt was even better than I expected! I really enjoyed the class. I’m someone who gets uncomfortably hot very easily, but this felt completely different. I’ve honestly never sweated as much as I did in this class, and it felt amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

During the training it feels like your whole body is vibrating, which makes the exercise harder. You feel exhausted after 20 minutes.

At the beginning I had a relaxation moment. I also learned breathing techniques and learned more about the fagus nerve then I had a very relaxing head massage and shoulder relaxation massage so loving I felt very safe at the end it was also so great to have a little tea round so lovingly prepared. I also bought the delicious white tea green tea right after the class awesome great for those who have a lot of stress and trauma in the body I can warmly recommend!!! :)
