Voir tous les avisThis class was amazing and the instructor had great energy!! One of my favourite pilates class! I really like the megaformer as well, it was soft and it was easy to put my knees on it! I felt very invigorated after the class :)

Voir tous les avisI mean there is pilates and then there is Pilates (with a capital P). Marleen's classes are the latter ones. These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.
