She has the option to have a session with either no conversation or light conversation, but her energy is so light & relaxing that by like 10 minutes into my appt we were absolutely talking. They also did not take the time to do any consulting before doing the lift. I have really short and thin lashes so this did not do much for me, which isn’t their fault, but I feel like another place would have been realistic with me up front about what to expect at the end. Overall, it wasn’t bad. I just expect more from a true aesthetic spa like this.
