Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. Really great experience though,

Voir tous les avisClassic Pilates class. Mariah was great at going around and correcting form, felt there was a lot of focus on protecting your joints which was great. Personally I prefer the sculpt class as it is faster paced with less breaks but this class was a nice change up!
