I showed the order confirmation when i got there as instructed on the app and they started preparing my order then. I had to wait for 20-25 minutes because it was peak dinner hour. It would be great if it worked like other food delivery apps- order for pick up at a certain time, restaurant prepares the meal for that time slot, i pick up at that time.
