Voir tous les avisI honestly don’t think I’ve ever taken a workout class where I was sad that it was ending. It was my first time visiting the studio and I wanted to be there all day. Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

Voir tous les avisgreat class!!! hannah has great energy and i loved the playlist omg ❤️❤️❤️ i wish there was more variety between the two yoga box studios since they are close to each other! the identical schedules mean there are fewer options. i wish they had an 8 AM class or swapped yoga and sculpt time slots a few times a week to add more variety love yoga box tho
