Voir tous les avisThe drip this time around was not the same experience as last time. They called me about a $2 service fee that is completely separate from class pass. So note that the service isn’t covered with the points. Last time I added something separate so maybe the fee was there and it wasn’t mentioned but when I left today I later got the call about me owing the service fee so I took care of it over the phone. The first time around the person was very nice and attentive. Today we didn’t get the buzzer so we would have to yell to get help if something would have gone wrong which is concerning. The lack of transparency was not ok. I’ve booked IV’s through ClassPass before and this has never been the case.
